Ngl i was super skeptical at first lol but tysm this actually works, been trying it for like 3-4 weeks and honestly i feel wayyy less stressed. the planner thing kinda keeps me from spiraling and the audio vibes are sooo calming when im at the gym. like i dont even know how to put it but i feel more like myself again, not perfect obvs but def better. probs one of the few things i’ve stuck to this year lol. totally recommend fr.
